Pains in Other Parts of the Body Print E-mail

We have discussed how Stress affects the Emotions, which brings about Body Language which makes the Muscles tense. If the muscles  REMAIN TENSE  they become painful.

We have identified  those  muscles affected in the back and in the neck.

However, this kind of pain can happen in other parts of the body, involving different emotions and therefore different Body Language and different muscles. In other parts of the body it is called frozen shoulder, painful arc syndrome, pleurodynia , intercostal myalgia, neuralgia, fibrositis, fibromyalgia, groin pain, tennis elbow, golfer`s elbow etc.

Pain in these areas may of course have different causations, but if your doctor says the pain is in the muscle due to stress, even though he might give it a different name, then the same treatment applies.

For details on these other parts of the body, see “Bad Backs & Painful Parts” by Jenny Draspa.
